Complaints guarantee:
The customer has the right to lodge complaints within 7 calendar days after delivery of the work. Within this period, we will correct any defects resulting from our development work.
After this period, all changes and problems will be treated as an additional or maintenance work.

Restrictions and responsibilities:
- The warranty does not cover problems caused by third party services.
- The stability and performance of the solution depend on regular maintenance and upgrades according to our instructions.
- The warranty is intended to ensure the quality and compliance of Keweb Premium solutions, but does not cover customer modifications or third party impact on the solution.
- Care and support:
- We provide free technical support and maintenance for a fixed period of time (e.g. 6 months, once a quarter) after the solution is completed.
- A separate agreement can be made for extra care and support.
