Terms and Conditions for Keweb WordPress Solutions
- Scope of the maintenance service:
We offer a free maintenance service that includes:- Updating WordPress to ensure security and compatibility.
- Updating plug-ins and themes, avoiding potential conflicts and vulnerabilities.
- A general check of the website’s status to detect and resolve any technical problems.
- Backing up your website to ensure data recovery in case of unexpected problems.
- Security scans that identify and prevent potential threats (e.g. malware, weak passwords, outdated plug-ins).
- Identifying and fixing broken links and broken features,
- Search engine optimisation check.
- Assistance with server and domain updates or configurations if needed.
- Frequency of maintenance:
- Free maintenance is carried out quarterly for a fixed period.
- Additional maintenance can be contracted out according to the customer’s wishes and needs, on the basis of a separate agreement.
- Maintenance conditions:
- The maintenance service is only available for Keweb Premium solutions that we have developed or configured ourselves.
- Warranty and maintenance are conditional upon the customer not modifying the website code or configurations in a way that may cause problems or disruption.
- To ensure the smooth operation of the service, we recommend that you follow our instructions and notify us in good time of any problems.
- What is not covered by free maintenance:
- Major changes to website functionality or design.
- Resolving problems caused by third-party services, plug-ins or other external factors.
- Elimination of technical errors caused by changes made by the customer.
- Creation of new design elements or significant changes to existing elements (e.g. change of colour schemes, fonts or layouts).
- Customer collaboration:
To ensure the stability and performance of the website, it is important that the customer follows our recommendations and reports any maintenance issues before the next maintenance period.
