WordPress maintenance terms

Keweb no longer provides an automatic free maintenance period. Maintenance is a separate service, and its scope, frequency, price, response time and duration are agreed with each client in writing.

Possible maintenance scope

• WordPress, theme and plugin updates;
• backup and restore checks;
• technical, security and performance reviews;
• bug fixes and agreed technical support;
• small further-development tasks when agreed separately.

Work requiring a separate agreement

New features, major design changes, content work, third-party fees and issues caused by client or third-party changes are not automatically included in maintenance. We estimate these separately when needed.

A client-specific proposal, order confirmation or contract may contain different and more precise terms; in that case, the specific agreement applies.
